Develop Health is seeking a Head of Provider Growth to own provider activation, measured by first-time responses and first prior authorizations. You will lead a small activation team and work with the CEO, product, and engineering to optimize outreach strategies across fax, email, and digital messaging.

You’ll set quarterly goals, review the activation funnel weekly, and decide where to invest to accelerate patient access.

Qualifications

• Experience owning an outcome and leading a team.
• Built and moved a funnel; able to show starting number and results.
• Strong operations mindset with hands-on copywriting when needed.
• Fluency in pulling data and making trustworthy comparisons.
