Hello Heart in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Product Growth to define activation across the portfolio and drive engagement from enrollment to lasting use. You will own metrics, identify where members drop off, and translate insights into experiments and forecasts for product leaders.

You’ll lead a growth pod, pair with design and engineering, and ensure in‑product moments work as one member journey with trusted metrics. Experience with healthcare digital products is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product, growth, or analytics‑driven roles.
• 5+ years leading growth for B2C or B2B2C at scale.
• Owned activation or retention metrics and impact.
• SQL literacy and experience with product analytics tools.
• Strong experimentation craft and data‑driven decisions.
• Systems thinking and adoption of growth practices.
• Experience with partner/enrolled member programs.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional leaders.
• Knowledge of behavioral science and habit formation.
• AI‑native approach to analysis and prototyping.
• Healthcare/digital health experience preferred.
• Clear communicator who turns funnels into decisions.

• Own product strategy and execution for a new growth team across product lines.
• Define activation, engagement, and retention metrics across products.
• Improve core product metrics such as retention and adoption.
• Partner with Member Marketing and Data to align lifecycle messaging.
• Build product operating mechanisms: shared metrics and experiments.
• Lead the growth pod hands‑on with designers and engineers.
• Report results and forecasts to product leaders and executives.
• Use AI daily to shorten time from question to decision.
