Develop Health Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead in San Francisco to drive provider activation and top‑of‑funnel growth. You will own multi‑channel outreach (faxes, emails, secure messages) to provider offices, optimize timing and copy, and ship AI‑first campaigns end‑to‑end.

As the first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll build scalable playbooks, run experiments across channels, and partner with product, engineering, and sales to measure impact on response and patient access.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of multiple channels.
• Multi-touch programs measured on response.
• Results you can point to with measurable outcomes.
• Genuine fluency with current AI tooling and automation.
• Taste and messaging/design discernment.
• Quantitative fluency to decompose funnels and run tests.

Responsabilités

• Own the outreach channels that reach provider offices the first time we request information.
• Optimize timing, copy, and channel mix by office type using outreach playbooks.
• Coordinate with calling team to align phone and digital touches.
• Run tests across channels and copy; decide what to keep or drop.
• Add new channels like text messaging and HCP networks and test them.
• Make outreach visible in provider-facing listings and pages.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to track responses by touch.
• Support top-of-funnel activities with pharma manufacturers and hubs.
• Produce outreach assets: faxes, emails, messages, landing pages.
• Work AI-first; use tools to ship outputs quickly.
• Create reusable templates and playbooks.
