Job summary

Aquent seeks a proactive coordinator to drive the development of prototype products from concept to tangible prototype. You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure meticulous execution and timely market readiness.

The role demands strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage diverse duties across a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of product design and/or development experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated agility and adaptability, with the ability to manage varying duties week to week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end development of prototype products.
• Monitor development process for assigned product lines.
• Serve as primary liaison with external vendor partners.
• Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
• Coordinate weekly updates for cross-functional teams.
• Track development timelines to align with schedules.
• Communicate design development details clearly to stakeholders.
