Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP, Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated agility and adaptability, with the ability to manage varying duties week to week.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end development of prototype products.
  • Monitor development process for assigned product lines.
  • Serve as primary liaison with external vendor partners.
  • Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts.
  • Coordinate weekly updates for cross-functional teams.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central point of contact, orchestrating the entire development process from initial concept to a tangible prototype. You'll collaborate closely with diverse internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed and that projects consistently stay on track. Your exceptional ability to communicate effectively and skillfully manage complex workflows will directly contribute to the timely launch of innovative products, making a tangible and impactful difference in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the end-to-end development of prototype products, ensuring all stages are executed efficiently.
  • Monitor the overall development process for assigned product lines, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.
  • Act as the primary liaison for development details with external vendor partners, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate the workflow of weekly updates to ensure composite sheets serve as an effective and timely communication tool across internal teams including production, technical, and merchandising.
  • Track product development timelines to ensure execution aligns precisely with established schedules and deadlines.
  • Communicate intricate design development details clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.
