Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Program Manager to steer product launch and lifecycle initiatives for productivity experiences used by millions. You will lead cross-functional planning, execution, and readiness for major releases, coordinating with engineering and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

The role emphasizes executive communications, readiness activities, and driving operational excellence across distributed teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups.
Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, customer communications, and operational readiness.
Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and partner teams.
Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates.
Coordinate stakeholder reviews, decision-making forums, launch readiness meetings, and post-launch assessments.
