Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage multiple concurrent design projects across products/releases.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and clear communication.
• Lead design brainstorms and workshops; capture decisions and actions.
• Track project health and provide weekly status updates.
• Ensure timely handoff of design specs to engineering.
• Review builds to maintain design integrity during implementation.
• Improve processes and communication in a fast-paced environment.
