Electronic Systems Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Production Associate for a full-time night shift in Sioux Falls. You will work from prints to assemble low-volume and prototype projects, inserting components by hand and ensuring precise placement for quality products.

You will collaborate with teammates to share techniques, participate in testing and packing, and support continuous improvement with occasional overtime. A strong eye for detail and ability to read English instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production or assembly experience required.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and understand verbal or written English instructions.
• Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low-volume and prototype projects from prints or assembly instructions.
• Insert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards.
• Ensure accuracy of component placement and final product assembly.
• Collaborate with other assemblers to teach assembly and soldering techniques for quality and efficiency.
• Share assembly and soldering techniques with teammates to support quality.
• Communicate job status to team leaders.
• Perform testing, packing, and related tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Participate in continuous improvement and overtime as needed.
