Electronic Systems Inc. (ESI) seeks a Production Associate for a full-time evening shift in Sioux Falls. You will assemble low-volume and prototype projects from prints, insert components by hand, ensure placement accuracy, and support quality and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong manual dexterity, detail orientation, and the ability to read English instructions. Some overtime and teamwork are expected, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and understand verbal or written English instructions.
• Self-starter who collaborates effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low-volume and prototype projects from prints or instructions.
• Insert components by hand into printed circuit boards.
• Ensure accuracy of component placement and final assembly.
• Share assembly and soldering techniques to improve quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and throughput.
• Communicate job status to team leaders.
• Perform testing, packing, and related tasks with attention to detail.
