Responsibilities

• Assemble low-volume and prototype PCBs from prints or instructions.
• Insert electronic components by hand into PCBs.
• Ensure accurate component placement and final product assembly.
• Share soldering techniques with teammates to improve quality.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve quality and efficiency.
• Communicate job status to team leaders.
• Perform testing, packing, and related tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement and overtime as needed
