Job summary

Electronic Systems Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Production Associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:15pm-2:30am; Fri 3:15pm-9:15pm) with weekends off. You will read prints, hand-assemble PCBs, insert components, and ensure quality across assemblies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct production and assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret English work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low-volume and prototype projects from prints or instructions.
• Insert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards.
• Ensure accuracy of component placement and final assembly.
• Collaborate with teammates to share assembly and soldering techniques for quality and efficiency.
• Communicate job status to team leaders.
• Perform testing, packing, and related tasks requiring attention to detail and teamwork.
• Participate in continuous improvement and occasional overtime as needed.
