Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low-volume and prototype projects from prints or assembly instructions.
• Insert electronic components by hand into printed circuit boards.
• Ensure accuracy of component placement and final product assembly.
• Collaborate with teammates to share techniques for quality and efficiency.
• Perform testing, packing, and related tasks with attention to detail.
