Hitachi Particle Engineering and Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Service Technician I to service the Proton Beam Therapy (PBT) System for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Qualifications

• 1 year of technician or field service experience required.
• 1 year experience with PBT systems or medical devices preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and interpret procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and affect PBT system performance and patient experience.
• Respond to service calls promptly.
• Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and complete paperwork.
• Assist with scheduled preventives to minimize costs.
• Troubleshoot complex PBT issues to maximize uptime.
