Job summary

U.S. Electrical Testing, LLC seeks a field service technician to install, program, test, and maintain protective relaying and metering systems used in transmission and distribution operations. You will interpret schematics, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs in demanding industrial environments.

Applicants should have strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills, plus HVAC? actually electrical safety standards and AS and NE. Travel up to 75% and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% - 75% of the time.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power DB, and Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, and maintain protective relaying and metering systems.
• Analyze test results and interpret schematics to locate defects.
• Safely use test equipment and follow industry standards and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and repairs with other departments.
• Prepare detailed test reports and support commissioning at sites.
