Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company in San Antonio, TX seeks a Protective Coatings Sales Representative to grow protective product sales in the San Antonio, TX territory. You will report to the Sales Director - Protective and join a fast-paced, growing team.

Responsibilities include servicing existing accounts, recommending products, account planning, and using ClientLink CRM to manage calls, run reports, and track performance. Daily travel within territory; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven selling experience.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with protective coatings preferred.
• CRM experience preferred; coatings industry background valued.
• Daily territory travel; valid driver’s license required.
• NACE or AAMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customer accounts and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, color).
• Develop account plans and identify accounts with growth potential.
• Utilize ClientLink CRM to manage accounts, log calls, and run reports.
• Analyze territory performance and develop business plans.
• Address customer problems and warranty issues promptly.
