Job summary

Carboline is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Northeast, with preference for candidates in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine. You will grow sales by expanding existing accounts and developing new prospects, reporting to the Northeast Region Director of Sales.

The role requires a hunter mindset, 4+ years in fireproofing or protective coatings sales, and up to 60% travel. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $200,000 USD per year, with a flexible structure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business or Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years sales and/or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to build sales volume and understand market needs.
• Inform customers about products, new releases and services; provide technical assistance when needed.
• Secure and renew orders and coordinate with operations to meet service levels.
• Develop a territory sales program through prospecting and building repeat business.
