Hanger is seeking a Certified Prosthetist (CP) or Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to join our Cincinnati clinic. You will provide comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic care, collaborate with physicians, and deliver high-quality patient outcomes in a close-knit team environment.

Qualified candidates hold ABC certification (or equivalent) and a relevant degree; drivers license required; licensure as needed by state. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics (ABC or BOC) or eligibility.
• A baccalaureate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics, or equivalent, and ABC board-eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting policy standards.
• In states with licensure, ability to obtain/maintain licensure.
• Candidates not certified but with 5+ years of demonstrated experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patient needs for prosthetic/orthotic services.
• Examine and analyze patient needs related to disease and functional loss.
• Designprosthetic/orthotic devices and select materials and dimensions.
• Fit devices, perform static/dynamic alignments, and adjust as needed.
• Provide patient instruction on use and care of devices.
• Maintain detailed clinical notes and participate in follow-up with patients.
