Job summary

Hanger Clinic is seeking a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist Clinician (CPO) in Louisville, KY for full-time patient-focused care. The role involves evaluation, design, fitting and follow-up services for prosthetic and orthotic patients within a collaborative clinical team.

You will assess patients, plan treatment, implement plans, and work with physicians, therapists, and staff to deliver optimal mobility outcomes, while adhering to safety and reimbursement guidelines.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from ABC or BOC (or eligibility).
• Bachelor degree in prosthetics/orthotics or foreign equivalent with ABC board-eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians in evaluating need for prosthetic/orthotic services.
• Examine and evaluate patient needs related to disease and functional loss.
• Design prosthetic/orthotic devices and select materials.
