Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) in Louisville, KY to deliver comprehensive prosthetic and orthotic patient care. You will evaluate, design, fit, and adjust devices while collaborating with physicians and a large clinical team.

You will mentor colleagues, participate in continuing education, and help advance patient outcomes across our clinic network. A strong clinical foundation and ABC/BOC credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• Current ABC/BOC certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• Bachelor's degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics.
• Demonstrated understanding of biomechanics, gait analysis, and clinical practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to assess patient needs for prosthetic/orthotic services.
• Evaluate and design prosthetic/orthotic devices for individualized care.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustments to ensure proper function.
• Document clinical notes and treatment plans accurately for patient records.
• Provide patient education and training on device use and care.
