Job summary

92nd Street Y is seeking a Senior Development Associate, Systems and Prospect Research to support platform integrations and CRM migration efforts. The role will oversee analytics, reporting, and data integrity while providing hands-on prospect research support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of prospect research experience in nonprofit cultural organizations or higher education.
• Experience migrating and integrating CRM systems to Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Experience with wealth screening tools (iWave, LexisNexis, RelSci, Foundation Directory Online, GuideStar).
• Experience with Salesforce; proficiency in relational databases and data imports/exports.

Responsibilities

• Support platform integrations across development systems, including web and online giving platforms.
• Lead CRM migration: requirements gathering, testing, data validation, and post‑implementation activities.
• Partner with Development Operations to maintain data governance standards and data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and processes for ongoing data quality management and system optimization.
• Produce and maintain reports and dashboards for prospecting, fundraising strategy, portfolio management, and pipeline analysis.
• Provide prospect research support: data pulls, briefings, summaries, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Prospect Research and gift officers to review portfolios and moves management.
• Support gift processing and ticketing during peak periods.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
