Job summary

92nd Street Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Association seeks a Senior Development Associate, Systems and Prospect Research. You will oversee platform integrations, including the CRM migration, and lead analytics, reporting, and data integrity efforts.

You will also provide hands-on prospect research support, producing summaries and strategic recommendations to enhance fundraising, portfolio support, and donor coverage. Hybrid work is offered with standard nonprofit benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of prospect research experience in nonprofit or higher education.
• Experience migrating and integrating CRM systems to Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and written summarizing abilities.
• Experience with wealth screening tools like iWave, LexisNexis, RelSci, FDO, GuideStar.
• Proficiency with Salesforce; familiarity with relational databases and data imports/exports.
• Advanced MS Office and internet research skills.
• Understanding of major gift fundraising principles and philanthropic communities.

Responsibilities

• Support platform integrations across development systems and web platforms.
• Contribute to CRM migration: gather requirements, test, validate data, and post-implementation tasks.
• Maintain data governance standards for data integrity across systems.
• Develop dashboards and processes for ongoing data quality management.
• Produce standard and ad hoc reports supporting prospecting, strategy, and portfolio management.
• Provide prospect research support with data pulls, briefs, and reporting.
• Evaluate new research tools and platforms to strengthen capabilities.
• Collaborate with gift officers on portfolio reviews and moves management.
• Assist during peak periods with gift processing and ticketing.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
