Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst for the Philanthropy division. The role supports fundraising through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management within a hybrid, day schedule.

The position emphasizes building queries, dashboards, data quality, and CRM improvements, collaborating with development officers to maintain a current pipeline and moves management. Portland-area presence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration Or equivalent educ/experience.
• 3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists for fundraising analytics.
• Analyze fundraising and constituent data to support CRM improvements.
• Translate business needs into database solutions and ensure data quality; support portfolio reviews and moves management.
• Help develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline by identifying prospects and enabling assignments to the appropriate prospect teams.
