Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst - Philanthropy to support donor CRM, reporting, and analytics in a blended on-site/remote schedule. You will develop queries, dashboards, and prospect lists, analyze fundraising data, and help optimize data quality and CRM improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or equivalent educ/experience.
3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience.

Responsibilities

Develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists for fundraising initiatives.
Analyze fundraising and constituent data to inform strategy.
Support data quality and CRM improvements and translate business needs into database solutions.
Establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review in the CRM.
Identify prospects through data analysis and new sources and facilitate assignment to appropriate prospect teams.
