Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and producing leadership dashboards.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the Prospect Development and Research function, including staff supervision.
• Oversees identification, research, and evaluation of major prospects; produces profiles and lists.
• Coordinates campaign management for a comprehensive fundraising campaign.
• Develops and maintains campaign work plans, timelines, milestones, and accountability processes.
• Supports campaign planning meetings and monitors progress across priorities and units.
• Develops and maintains the principal giving prospect pipeline and related reports.
• Oversee prospect management and moves management processes.
