• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of fundraising, prospect research, campaign management, or related analytics experience.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and delivering leadership dashboards and reports.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Leads prospect development, research, portfolio and moves management.
• Oversees principal, major and planned gift prospect evaluation and profiling.
• Coordinates campaign management and planning with senior advancement leadership.
• Develops and maintains campaign work plans, timelines and milestones.
• Produces reports and dashboards showing progress toward program goals.
