University of North Texas seeks a Senior Director to lead Prospect Strategy and Research within the UNT-Advancement division. You will guide a team responsible for discovery, qualification, cultivation and stewardship, driving fundraising results with data-driven portfolio management.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, high-level research, and collaboration with leadership to optimize donor engagement and outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; seven years of prospect development and research experience in nonprofit or similar setting.
• Experience managing teams, data analysis, and turning insights into action.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards and professional conduct in fundraising research.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, mentor and manage team members to achieve success.
• Oversee all aspects of the prospect management system and program operations.
• Advise senior leadership using research, data analysis and evidence-based insights to guide portfolio strategy.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure consistent activities across portfolio, research and management.
• Assess and assign donors and prospects across the team portfolio.
• Coordinate with Advancement leadership to manage prospect assignments and reassignment for coordinated fundraising.
• Serve as liaison with data vendors to move research and strategy forward.
• Establish outreach pipelines, guidelines and workflows for prospect development.
