Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue growth, and maximize profitability across branches. The role emphasizes safety leadership, team development, and a strong focus on customer service excellence.

You will manage fleet inventory, oversee P&L responsibilities, and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT standards while growing a diverse customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking and autonomy.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of relatable experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement Safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan.

Job Purpose

The Branch Managers are the leaders of the management and direction of Herc Rentals’ branches. They oversee daily operations ensuing positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. Requirements

• High School or GED required, College Degree preferred
• 5-7 year of relatable experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay Range:$90k - $100k base salary + quarterly bonuses + company truck
