Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a results-driven leader to manage a branch, grow revenue, and lead a diverse team. The role emphasizes safety leadership, fleet optimization, and P&L accountability while delivering exceptional customer service across the district.

You will implement safety trainings, conduct audits, and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, with the ability to drive revenue growth and develop high-performance teams in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 5-7 year of relatable experience.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate with customers.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to input information into computer systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs.
• Ability to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment.
• Be able to regularly lift 50lbs or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks; stretch, turn, twist, and reach overhead; bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the job.

Pay Range: $85k - $95k Base salary + bonus + company truck
