Herc Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive revenue, and develop a high-performance team. This role emphasizes safety leadership, customer focus, and proven P&L management to maximize profitability.

You will oversee fleet and staff, ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, and drive continuous improvement in service levels. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential for success in this autonomous leadership position.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relatable experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for the branch and district.
• Meet or exceed the branch business plan.
• Answer and resolve customer questions.
• Manage your team effectively and efficiently.
• Implement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan.
• Fleet management and inventory oversight.
• Manage P&L reporting and operational reviews.
• Generate, process, analyze and review daily business reports.
• Support all team members.

Job Purpose

The Branch Managers are the leaders of the management and direction of Herc Rentals’ branches. They oversee daily operations ensuing positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. Requirements

• High School or GED required, College Degree preferred
• 5-7 year of relatable experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay Range:Base - $80k - $85k + Profit Share & Company Vehicle
