Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at a per-branch level, driving revenue growth and profitability. You will manage teams, ensure safety standards, and optimize fleet utilization while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes P&L responsibility, adherence to OSHA and DOT standards, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to achieve district goals. On-site leadership and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relatable experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue for the branch and district.
• Meet or exceed the branch business plan.
• Lead and develop the branch team effectively.
• Manage fleet and inventory to maximize revenue and profit.
• Oversee Profit & Loss reporting and operational reviews.
• Ensure safety training and maintain a branch safety plan.
• Conduct branch audits and inventory reviews.
• Maintain OSHA and DOT compliance.

Job Purpose

The Branch Managers are the leaders of the management and direction of Herc Rentals’ branches. They oversee daily operations ensuing positive revenue generation, high customer service standards, employee development, and continued excellence in productivity. Requirements

• High School or GED required, College Degree preferred
• 5-7 year of relatable experience
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Programs

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks; stretch, turn, twist, and reach overhead; bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods of time

Pay Range:Base - $80k - $85k + Profit Share & Uncapped Commission
