Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Propulsion Test Engineer to develop, build, and execute test campaigns for production propulsion systems and micro-turbojets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years equivalent experience
• Experience as Test Director during live engine runs
• 5+ years propulsion testing, hardware-in-the-loop or engine test cell operations
• Direct experience with micro-turbojet engine testing
• Proven ability to design, build, and wire test racks and instrumentation boxes
• Proficiency writing automated test software in Python on Linux/Unix

Responsibilities

• Serve as Test Director during engine and micro-turbojet hot-fire runs and manage test stand operations
• Design, build, and maintain propulsion test hardware infrastructure
• Write Python-based test software to control engine profiles and record telemetry
• Develop and implement CAN bus communications with ECUs and test stand controllers
• Analyze telemetry and generate detailed test reports
• Maintain and scale propulsion test facilities to improve turnaround time and safety
