Blue Origin LLC seeks a Manager of BE-7 Combustion Devices to lead a high-performance propulsion team in the Greater Seattle area. You will own the end-to-end delivery of propulsion elements, driving cost-conscious execution while maintaining quality and on-time milestones.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, program management, and HR responsibilities for a multidisciplinary group, in a safety-focused, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or technical degree, or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years in engineering with aerospace propulsion exposure and leadership.
• 2+ years of project management experience and risk handling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication across org levels.
• Ability to build trust, foster inclusion, and drive program success.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of assigned propulsion product scope from development to rate production.
• Identify and mitigate programmatic and technical risks, driving cost-efficient outcomes.
• Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to meet delivery objectives.
• Provide technical direction, interface management, and quality oversight.
• Oversee talent lifecycle, development, and performance management for the team.
