Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead multi-discipline support for combustion devices engineering and product teams in the BE-4 program. You will set technical directions and develop team members to meet current and future program needs.

The role includes overseeing design, fabrication, and testing of combustion device components, plus providing daily direction across engine test planning and development cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 8+ years in aerospace or related field.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced hardware delivery.
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical design and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline support for combustion devices engineering and product team.
• Set technical and product support directions and develop team members.
• Provide day-to-day direction across engine test planning, execution, and development cycles.
• Support in-house and supplier activities, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
