Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Team Lead to guide a multi-discipline engineering group within the Engines business unit. You will shape technical directions, drive product support, and oversee in-house and supplier activities in combustion device components for customers such as ULA and New Glenn.

The role emphasizes leadership, design for manufacturability, data analysis, and hands-on coaching to grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical, or Physics preferred).
• 8+ years of aerospace industry or related field experience, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers in a fast-paced environment, producing hardware to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Set technical and product support directions for the engine/components portfolio.
• Lead design for manufacturability and production readiness across life cycle phases.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support anomaly investigations to drive corrective actions.
