Formación

• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Systems, Electrical, Software, or applicable Engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience in Propulsion engineering with focus on control systems, mechanical design, quality, NVH or calibration.
• Excellent understanding of Propulsion commodity systems.
• Six-Sigma training is a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication of technical information to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Triage, assess, and resolve client quality issues in the field.
• Provide SME input for propulsion engineering and support UK Engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with market teams to prevent repurchase and improve customer experience.
• On-site support for complex customer cases and data gathering for Product Engineering.
• Escalate high-risk systemic issues following established processes and channels.
• Lead PRA activities to stop problems at the source with UK teams.
• Share knowledge to promote a one-team mentality across markets.
