Job summary

In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing product development programs within the propulsion team. You will work with partners across the organization to gather requirements and ensure timely sharing of critical information at product launch and throughout its development.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Project and Jira.
• Minimum 3 years as a project engineer or PM in product development or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify weekly goals to meet milestones.
• Coordinate and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
• Provide regular executive updates on progress, milestones, risks, and budget.
• Coordinate propulsion projects with internal and external customers.
• Manage engineering drawing release processes for propulsion team.
