Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Local Technical Support, Senior Specialist – East Region to provide expert diagnostic support, manage high-priority cases, and mentor teammates. Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, you will make independent repair decisions, approve significant repair costs, and ensure timely, high-quality support for retailers with some North America travel.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in automotive technology, diagnostics, and vehicle repair.
• Knowledge of high-voltage, hybrid, and electric vehicle systems and diagnostic processes.
• Ability to independently analyze complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert diagnostic support to retailers for complex vehicle concerns.
• Manage high-priority technical cases and ensure timely case resolution.
• Mentor team members and support operational reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with regional managers and engineering to identify root causes and fixes.
• Maintain product training and stay current with vehicle technologies.
