Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related experience; in lieu of degree, 6+ years of related experience.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage staff in assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical direction to the assembly areas to support the needs of the business.
• Direct day-to-day work assignments of staff and ensure proper skill fit for current and future needs.
• Ensure all certifications and training are up to date at all times.
• Maintain flow of hardware through assembly with support from other teams.
• Contribute to program planning and monitor area budget.
