Job summary

Rocketdyne, Redmond, WA, seeks a Sr. Associate, Production Planning to join our Scheduling & Material Planning Center of Excellence. This role oversees planning, scheduling, and control to ensure timely delivery of rocket engines and power systems.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze capacity, and drive continuous improvement to optimize throughput at the Redmond facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; Graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years without a degree.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication.
• Experience in production planning, capacity planning, and material control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing resource groups using dispatch reports.
• Liaise between operations and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations).
• Facilitate clear and timely communication to ensure smooth product workflow.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning models for accurate work center throughput.
