• Senior leadership with P&L ownership in aerospace.
• Proven revenue growth and margin expansion in complex programs.
• Experience leading engineering, manufacturing, or program management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performance, accountable teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
