Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites in the United States. You will manage field crews and subcontractors, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

This role requires background in PropTech and enterprise electronic security, with experience in access control and video surveillance platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems, with at least 2–3 years in a project management or coordination capacity.
• Domain focus in PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise electronic security environments.
• Working familiarity with access control and video surveillance platforms listed (e.g., LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP).
• MS Office 365 and project management/scheduling platforms knowledge (Smartsheet, MS Project, SimPRO).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects; maintain schedules and track costs.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors; ensure field work follows SOW and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-install site walks to evaluate dependencies and readiness; identify risks and communicate promptly.
• Review security drawings and collaborate with engineers to configure access control, video, and intrusion systems.
• Track labor hours and materials; manage inventory, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate system testing, client acceptance walks, and final sign-offs; assist with proposal estimations.
