Job summary

i2G Systems seeks an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites, taking operational ownership of multiple projects. You will manage field crews and subcontractors, track milestones, material logistics, and profitability, ensuring alignment with client specs from kickoff to sign-off.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in electronic security or related field.
2–3+ years in a project management or coordination role.
PropTech or enterprise security domain experience.
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record; able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects.
Supervise installation crews and low-voltage subcontractors per SOW and safety rules.
Conduct site readiness reviews and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Review drawings and work with engineers on configuration of access control, video, and alarms.
Track hours, materials, and change orders; manage project financials.
Coordinate commissioning, punch lists, and final sign-offs with clients.
