Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites. You will own multiple projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget deployments aligned with client specifications, while working with local engineering, sales, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise electronic security experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of access control and video surveillance platforms (LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP).
• Factory certifications are a plus.
• MS Office 365 and project management/scheduling tools proficiency.
• CSPM or PMP preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to walk job sites; background check/drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors; ensure adherence to SOW and safety standards.
• Conduct site walks to assess electrical, network, and pathway dependencies; communicate risks.
• Review drawing sets and collaborate with engineers for proper programming of security systems.
• Track labor hours, materials, and change orders; manage project finances and profitability.
• Coordinate system testing, client acceptance walks, and closeout documentation.
