Job summary

i2G Systems in Dallas seeks an Electronic Security Project Manager to oversee multiple security installations on client sites. You will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-budget deployments aligned with client specs.

Responsibilities include reviewing security drawings, configuring access control and video systems, tracking costs, and managing changes from kickoff to sign-off. A background in PropTech and strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration with 2–3 years in PM/coordination.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise security experience.
• Familiarity with access control and video surveillance platforms.
• Factory certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring SOW and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site walks and identify readiness issues.
• Review drawings and work with engineers on programming and configuration.
• Track labor, materials, and change orders; manage punch list closeout.
• Coordinate system testing and client acceptance walks.
