Job summary

i2G Systems seeks an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites, managing field crews and subcontractors while ensuring on-time, on-budget deployments.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and technical teams, review drawings, control costs, and drive profitability from kickoff to sign-off. A background in PropTech with 3–5+ years in security is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration with 2–3 years in PM/coordination
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise security experience preferred
• Familiarity with access control and video surveillance platforms (LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP)
• Certification like CSPM/PMP preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; able to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors; ensure compliance with SOW and safety regulations
• Conduct pre-install site walks; identify readiness issues and communicate risks
• Review drawings and work with engineers to configure access control, video, and alarm systems
• Track labor hours, materials, and change orders; manage project profitability
• Coordinate testing, client acceptance, and closeout documentation
