Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate security installations across client sites. You will own multiple projects from kickoff through sign-off, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with client specs.

Work with local engineering, sales, and field crews, manage subcontractors, track progress, and maintain stakeholder communication. A PropTech/enterprise security background is preferred to navigate complex systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration.
• 2–3 years in a project management or coordination role.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise electronic security experience.
• Familiarity with LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Verint, Commend, DMP, or integrated fire/alarm panels.
• Factory certifications are a plus.
• MS Office 365 and project scheduling tools proficiency.
• CSPM or PMP progress toward certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety.
• Conduct site verifications and readiness checks, flagging risks early.
• Review drawings and work with engineers to ensure proper configuration of access, video, and alarm systems.
• Track labor hours and materials, manage change orders, and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate commissioning, punch lists, sign-offs, and closeout documentation.
