Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites. You will own multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget deployments aligned with client specifications, working with local engineering, sales, and technical teams.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in electronic security or PropTech, and experience managing access control, video, and intrusion systems. CSPM or PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years in electronic security with 2–3 years PM/coordination.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise security experience.
• Familiar with LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Verint, DMP, or fire/alarm panels.
• MS Office 365 and scheduling tools proficiency (Smartsheet, MS Project, SimPRO).
• CS PM or PMP preferred but not required; certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to navigate active construction sites; background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors; ensure compliance with SOW and safety.
• Conduct site walks to assess electrical, network, and pathway dependencies.
• Review drawings and coordinate with engineers for programming of systems.
• Track labor hours, materials, and changes; manage inventory and change orders.
• Coordinate testing, client acceptance, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
