Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites in the United States. You will manage field crews and subcontractors, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The role requires experience in electronic security and PropTech environments, with coordination across engineering, sales, and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable system integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security, low-voltage, or commercial systems integration.
• 2–3 years in a project management or project coordination capacity.
• Experience within PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise electronic security environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise access control and video surveillance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and specialized low‑voltage subcontractors.
• Conduct pre‑installation site walks to evaluate electrical, network, and pathway dependencies.
• Review security drawing sets and work with engineers to ensure proper configuration of access control, video, intrusion, and intercom systems.
• Track labor hours and project materials, manage inventory staging, and process red‑line drawings.
• Coordinate commissioning, punch list closeout, and client acceptance activities.
