Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate on-site deployments of advanced security solutions across client sites in the United States. You will manage field crews, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects finish on time and within budget while meeting strict client specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise security domain experience.
• Experience with access control and video surveillance platforms such as LenelS2, CCURE, Axis, Verint, DMP.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and scheduling tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, SimPRO).
• Certifications CSPM or PMP preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license; able to work on active construction sites; background/drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors; ensure compliance with SOW and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site walks to assess electrical, network, and pathway dependencies.
• Review drawings and partner with integration engineers to configure systems.
• Track labor hours, materials, and change orders; manage project financials.
• Coordinate commissioning, punch-list closeout, and final sign-off documentation.
