Job summary

Yardi Systems offers a Summer Internship for an Intern, Associate Technical Account Manager in Oxnard, CA. You will learn to support clients using Yardi’s property management software, gain exposure to real estate SaaS, and become a subject-matter expert in Proptech.

As part of the Client Services team, you will train with the Technical Account Management group, troubleshoot software concerns, and assist with installations and configurations while developing professional skills and industry

Qualifications

Junior or senior level college hours with a major in Accounting, Economics, Computer Information Systems, Statistics or General Business.
Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Intellectual curiosity and flexibility to manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Introduce clients to the Yardi suite of products and services.
Partner with Technical Account Management during client training sessions on upgrades.
Provide customer support while learning to troubleshoot software concerns.
Assist in client software installation and configuration.
Collaborate with team members across the organization.
